Privacy
Policy.

This Policy explains what personal information we collect, why we use it, when it may be disclosed, and the choices available to you.

Scope and company identity

This Policy applies to mokzero.com and related pages, accounts, newsletters, AI tools, zero-code services, and communications operated by MokZero, Inc. (“MokZero,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). It does not govern third-party websites, applications, payment processors, or platforms linked from our Services.

Information you provide

We may collect identifiers and account information such as name, email address, login credentials in protected form, newsletter selections, profile details, comments, support messages, survey responses, content submissions, AI prompts, and other information you choose to provide. Please do not submit sensitive personal, financial, medical, legal, confidential, or proprietary information through public comments or AI features.

Information collected automatically

When you use the Services, we and authorized providers may collect IP address, browser and device information, operating system, approximate location derived from IP, referral source, pages and features used, timestamps, diagnostic logs, security events, cookie identifiers, and interaction data. We use this information for operation, security, fraud prevention, consent management, analytics, and improvement.

Cookies and similar technologies

Essential technologies support security, authentication, sessions, network management, and storage of your cookie choices. Optional preference and analytics technologies are used only according to the choices presented in our consent notice where consent is required. You may reject optional technologies or change browser settings; some nonessential features may then be unavailable. Our current consent record is stored on your device.

How we use information

We use information to provide and administer the Services; create and secure accounts; deliver requested newsletters and exclusive content; enable comments and AI features; respond to inquiries; personalize permitted features; measure and improve performance; moderate content; enforce our Terms; detect fraud, abuse, and security incidents; maintain records; comply with law; and establish, exercise, or defend legal claims. Where applicable, processing is based on consent, contract, legitimate interests, or legal obligations.

AI prompts and generated content

Prompts submitted to an AI feature may be transmitted to the selected model provider and processed under that provider’s terms and privacy practices. Generated responses may be stored with account and usage records for service delivery, security, moderation, quality, and billing controls. Do not enter secrets or regulated data. AI output may be inaccurate and should be independently verified before reliance or publication.

Newsletter and marketing choices

If you subscribe, we may send product news, AI and zero-code articles, offers, and practical guides. Consent is voluntary and is not a condition of purchase. You may unsubscribe through an email link or by contacting us. We may still send nonmarketing account, security, transaction, or legal notices when necessary.

Purchases and third parties

Product, integration, or service links may direct you to independent sellers, processors, or technology providers. Those parties—not MokZero—collect and process payment-card and transaction information under their own policies. We may receive limited order, referral, or product information, but we do not intentionally store complete payment-card numbers on this website.

Disclosure of information

We may disclose information to hosting, infrastructure, authentication, analytics, email, security, AI, content-delivery, professional-adviser, and other vendors acting for us; to comply with law, court orders, subpoenas, or valid government requests; to investigate or prevent fraud, abuse, threats, or rights violations; with your direction or consent; and in connection with financing, reorganization, merger, acquisition, or transfer of assets. We do not sell personal information for money or knowingly share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Retention

Retention periods depend on the nature of the information, the purpose for collection, account status, contractual and legal requirements, dispute-resolution needs, security, backups, and enforcement. We delete or de-identify information when it is no longer reasonably necessary, subject to lawful exceptions and backup cycles.

Security and limitation

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. No website, transmission, storage system, or security control is guaranteed to be completely secure. To the extent permitted by law, MokZero is not responsible for circumvention of security settings, unauthorized third-party acts, or events beyond our reasonable control. You are responsible for protecting account credentials and promptly reporting suspected compromise.

Your rights and choices

Depending on your location and applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction, or objection, withdraw consent, or appeal a decision. We may verify identity, ask for additional information, decline or limit requests where permitted, and retain records needed for legal compliance. Authorized agents must provide legally sufficient authorization.

California notice

California residents may request information about categories of personal information collected, sources, business purposes, categories of recipients, and specific pieces of information, and may request correction or deletion where applicable. We do not knowingly sell or share personal information as those terms are defined for cross-context behavioral advertising, and we do not discriminate for exercising applicable rights. We do not knowingly use or disclose sensitive personal information for purposes requiring a right to limit.

Children

The Services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. Member and AI features are intended for users who can legally agree to our Terms. A parent or guardian who believes a child submitted information should contact us for review and appropriate deletion.

International use

MokZero operates in the United States. Information may be processed and stored in the United States or other locations where our providers operate, which may have different data-protection laws. Where legally required, appropriate transfer safeguards will be used.

Changes to this Policy

We may revise this Policy to reflect changes in law, technology, providers, or Services. The updated date identifies the current version. Material changes will be communicated through the website, account, or email when required. Continued use after the effective date is subject to the revised Policy.
