Terms of
Service.

These Terms define the rules, responsibilities, rights, disclaimers, and liability limits governing use of MokZero services.

Agreement and eligibility

These Terms form a binding agreement between you and MokZero, Inc. (“MokZero,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the website, accounts, newsletters, AI tools, zero-code systems, content, or related services (collectively, the “Services”), you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services. You must have legal capacity to agree and, if acting for an organization, authority to bind it.

Accounts and security

You must provide accurate information, maintain one lawful account, protect credentials, and promptly report unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity conducted through your account except where prohibited by law. We may require verification, reject registration, suspend access, reset credentials, or close accounts to protect users, systems, rights, or legal compliance.

Permitted use

We grant a limited, revocable, nonexclusive, nontransferable right to use the Services for lawful personal or internal business purposes. You may not interfere with operation or security; scrape, crawl, probe, reverse engineer, bypass controls, automate excessive requests, introduce malware, impersonate others, infringe rights, harvest data, misuse AI tools, evade limits, or use the Services for unlawful, deceptive, threatening, discriminatory, exploitative, or harmful activity.

Products, purchases, and third-party services

Product descriptions, prices, availability, capabilities, promotions, integrations, and links may change without notice. Purchases completed on third-party platforms are governed by that provider’s checkout terms, refund policy, delivery rules, taxes, and privacy practices. MokZero is not responsible for third-party platforms, outages, payment processing, content, security, or acts. Nothing guarantees availability, performance, business results, revenue, ranking, or commercial outcomes.

Intellectual property

The Services and their text, artwork, branding, logos, designs, software, workflows, compilations, and other materials are owned by or licensed to MokZero and protected by intellectual-property laws. Except for rights expressly granted, no rights are transferred. You may not reproduce, distribute, sell, adapt, publish, train models on, remove notices from, or commercially exploit our materials without written permission or a lawful exception.

Your submissions and content

You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant MokZero a worldwide, nonexclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable license to host, store, reproduce, format, display, moderate, distribute, and use submissions as reasonably necessary to operate, promote, secure, and improve the Services. You represent that you have all necessary rights and that submissions are lawful, accurate where presented as fact, and do not violate privacy, publicity, contractual, or intellectual-property rights. We may remove or decline content at any time.

AI features and research content

AI responses and AI-assisted articles are generated probabilistically and may contain errors, omissions, bias, outdated information, fabricated citations, or unsuitable material. They are provided for informational and creative assistance, not as legal, medical, financial, cybersecurity, or other professional advice. You must independently verify facts, citations, permissions, safety, and suitability before relying on, publishing, or acting on output. You are responsible for prompts, use, decisions, and resulting content. Availability of any model, web research, or provider is not guaranteed.

Editorial information and no professional advice

Articles, diagrams, charts, guides, opinions, and educational content are general information. They do not create a professional, fiduciary, advisory, employment, agency, partnership, or client relationship. Views attributed to authors or commenters are their own. You should consult a qualified professional for advice specific to your circumstances.

Copyright complaints

If you believe material infringes your copyright, send a detailed notice to support@mokzero.com identifying the protected work, the challenged material and location, your contact information, a good-faith statement, an accuracy and authority statement under penalty of perjury, and your physical or electronic signature. We may remove material and terminate repeat infringers where appropriate.

Privacy and communications

Our Privacy Policy explains data practices and is incorporated into these Terms. By submitting contact information, you consent to service-related communications. Marketing messages are optional and may be unsubscribed from. Electronic notices satisfy written-notice requirements to the extent permitted by law.

Service changes, suspension, and termination

We may modify, restrict, suspend, discontinue, or replace any part of the Services, features, content, access rules, or model integrations at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for suspected violations, risk, nonpayment, inactivity, legal requests, or operational reasons. You may stop using the Services at any time. Provisions that by nature should survive will survive termination.

Disclaimers

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SERVICES AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, AVAILABILITY, SECURITY, OR RESULTS. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, COMPLETE, CURRENT, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS. Some jurisdictions do not permit certain disclaimers, so they apply only to the permitted extent.

Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MOKZERO AND ITS OWNERS, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AFFILIATES, LICENSORS, AND PROVIDERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, GOODWILL, BUSINESS, OR OPPORTUNITY, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SERVICES, THIRD PARTIES, CONTENT, AI OUTPUT, SECURITY EVENTS, OR THESE TERMS, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AGGREGATE LIABILITY WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF US$100 OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID DIRECTLY TO MOKZERO FOR THE RELEVANT SERVICE DURING THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM. This limitation does not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless MokZero and its owners, officers, directors, employees, contractors, affiliates, licensors, and providers from claims, liabilities, losses, judgments, damages, costs, and reasonable attorneys’ fees arising from your use or misuse of the Services, submissions, violation of these Terms or law, infringement of rights, or conduct involving another person. We may control the defense and settlement of covered matters, and you will reasonably cooperate.

Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Before filing a claim, each party will provide written notice and attempt in good faith to resolve the dispute for at least 30 days. Unless applicable law requires otherwise, exclusive jurisdiction and venue will lie in the state or federal courts located in the California county where MokZero, Inc. maintains its principal place of business. Nothing prevents either party from seeking emergency injunctive relief or using an eligible small-claims court.

Time limit for claims

To the extent permitted by law, any claim relating to the Services or these Terms must be filed within one year after the claim arose, or it is permanently barred. This provision does not apply where a longer period cannot lawfully be shortened.

General terms

These Terms and incorporated policies are the entire agreement concerning the Services and supersede prior related understandings. If a provision is unenforceable, it will be modified to the minimum extent necessary and the remainder remains effective. Failure to enforce is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our written consent; we may assign them in connection with a restructuring, financing, or transfer. Headings are for convenience. No third party is a beneficiary unless expressly stated.

Changes

We may update these Terms as Services or law change. The date above identifies the current version. Material changes will be communicated when required. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms; if you disagree, stop using the Services.
